Hotel was a bit of a trek on public transport, but rooms were comfortable and the free shuttle to the airport was a bonus. No restaurant onsite, and about 1km walk to nearest restaurant open, when we were there.

Breakfast was wonderful! The best of my whole stay in Japan, because had many options for different tastes, and a great choice of Japanese nice food for beginners!!
Another thing I really loved was the Kuroneko desk service at the hotel, because made it easy our luggage management afterwards during our travel from Tokyo to Fukuoka!!

Very close to the airport and convenient shuttle bus service. Check in is very easy and you can do it yourself. When we checked out the bus was waiting for us, very simple to get to the airport. We stayed in a twin smoking room because it was the last room available on the date we needed, and I was expecting to smell cigarettes, but surprisingly there was no odor at all!!

Location of this hotel in proximity to Narita Airport was fantastic. We could walk to the airport (once knowing the best walking path) in about 15minutes. The best method of traveling between the hotel and the airport was via the free shuttle bus which ran frequently. Arrived early and was able to store our luggage until check-in. There's also a 24hr Lawson in the lobby which is really convenient.
